Roche Diagnostics Solutions (RDS) provides integrated cobas-branded solutions for blood testing in commercial and hospital labs, medical centers, and laboratory networks. Our products and solutions support healthcare professionals in clinical decision-making in a wide field of indications including, cardiovascular, hematology, infectious diseases, metabolism, oncology, and women’s health.
Within the Marketing & Customer Insights, you will work for the Roche Academy, specifically for the Products and Solutions Competitive Marketing team, which supports affiliates with learning solutions as they relate to our product, services, marketing, and communication skills. We are looking for an Intern to support the team activities and in particular: the Marketing Database that consolidates IVD products’ data information, and creates valuable marketing material to share across the company (global, regional, and local/countries) in different formats. In this internship, you will support the team with different tasks in the marketing excellence space.
This internship position is located in Rotkreuz, Switzerland, hybrid.
Key Responsibilities

Researching and data collection from IVD-industry

Managing the database backend ensuring fast responses to front-end users and keeping the data up-to-date.

Guaranteeing data consistency across the database and data accuracy with the relevant business teams and development projects.

Support and contribute to the development and update of marketing materials and assets collaborating with the relevant stakeholders
Who You Are
You are enrolled or have completed your Bachelor’s or Master’s studies at a university, preferably in the field of Science/Medicine - Business and marketing after February 2024 and are interested in applying your knowledge in a modern working environment as part of an internship.

An independent, reliable, and precise working style is a must.

Profound knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; enthusiasm for structuring and visualizing information, as well as experience in preparing presentations and presenting work results in front of a variety of audiences.

Being able to work in a multicultural environment and engage with global colleagues in affiliates.

Communication and presentation skills and fluency in written and spoken English are required; additional languages are welcome.
Technical details:
The start date for the internship is March 2025 with a duration of 12 months.
Part-time employment is not possible.
If required, it is possible to write a thesis during the internship.
The application deadline is November 11th. Interviews will take place in late November and early December.
