About the role

• Analysis of strategic business processes at external clients of XALAX GmbH both nationally and abroad
• Advising on options for performance improvement using ERP systems within the scope of the MS Dynamics D365 product portfolio
• Conceptual design of system solutions in collaboration with the internal consulting and software development team
• Ongoing contact and coordination with customers, business owners, key users, the departments involved and the respective IT experts
• Organisation of workshops with all stakeholders to develop the best possible solutions
• Support in the operational introduction of the relevant software solution
• Training of system users

About you

• Business Studies Graduate with a major in Computer Science or IT studies and a focus on business and operations management (FH, TU, university)
• Thorough experience and knowledge in the field of ERP systems
• Both practical and theoretical knowledge of operational methodologies and business processes in commercial operations
• Several years of professional and project management experience are essential
• Excellent English language skills (B2 - C1) and good command of German (B1 - B2)
• Analytical approach and very good communication skills
• Well-developed organisational skills with a high sense of personal responsibility
• Willingness to travel
• A team player with a hands-on approach
