Finance Controller (m/f/d) 100%

For a client, we are looking for a Finance Controller (m/f/d) 100% who is passionate about enhancing financial performance and driving business growth through strategic analysis, KPI development, and efficient budgeting.

 Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze financial data to optimize resource utilization
• Collaborate with business partners to achieve Pharma Business Unit budget targets
• Develop KPIs to enhance financial performance
• Create and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability
• Prepare and update various reports, such as monthly reports and performance reviews
• Analyze data from SAP, Power BI, and CubeWare for reporting purposes
• Conduct monthly reviews with management and business partners
• Detailed budgeting and forecasting of cost centers, staff numbers, and investments
• Prepare and manage Business Cases, monitor project budgets
• Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure alignment with objectives
• Handle ad hoc requests and analyses as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or natural medicine sector
• Proven expertise in finance and project controlling
• Strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proficiency with financial software, including SAP, Power BI, and Excel
• Analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
• Experience in data preparation and report generation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with business partners and project teams
• Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Problem-solving abilities and flexibility with shifting priorities and deadlines
• Experience in developing and implementing KPIs to optimize production performance
• Excellent proficiency in English; German skills are a plus
