Your Impact
- Lead and manage a high-performing recruitment team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to drive individual and team success.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for various positions within PwC Switzerland.
- Recruit actively for positions, utilizing your expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting top talent.
- Drive and implement operational recruitment process excellence, ensuring a seamless and efficient candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding, identifying opportunities for recruitment process optimization and implementing solutions to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
- Take responsibility for developing and delivering recruitment trainings to enhance the skills and capabilities of the recruitment team and ensure adherence to processes, policies and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, hiring managers and business leaders to understand their recruitment needs and provide strategic guidance and solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into recruitment strategies and processes.
Your Skill Set
- Proven experience (+7 years) as a Recruitment Leader or similar role in Switzerland, preferably in the professional services industry, successfully leading and managing a recruitment team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes with strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, Swiss employment and immigration laws and regulations and ATS tools (Workday).
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve recruitment goals.
- Skilled in managing high-volume recruitment operations in a fast-paced environment, utilizing recruitment software (Workday) and other relevant tools.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and the ability to analyze recruitment metrics to and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
- Very good oral and written skills in German and English, with knowledge of French being a plus.
