Role Overview

We seek a detail-oriented and organized Logistician to manage our online shop's part-time (50%) logistics operations. The position is located in the heart of Zurich, between the shopping center Sihlcity and the SZU train station of Giesshübel. The successful candidate will ensure efficient inventory management, order preparation, and supplier coordination, supporting both our consumer and business-to-business (B2B) channels.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming orders from suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness restocking.
• Manage inventory in our warehouse, including stock checks and updates to our inventory management system.
• Prepare and package orders for our consumers meticulously, adhering to our commitment to delivering happiness.
• Coordinate and prepare B2B orders, ensuring they meet the specific requirements of business clients.
• Work closely with customer service and other internal teams to resolve any issues related to order fulfillment.
• Continuously seek ways to improve logistics processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Ideally completed a vocational training (apprenticeship) as a logistics specialist with a Federal Diploma
• Several years of proven experience in logistics, warehouse management, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to follow and reflect on processes, and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and practices, as well as good Excel skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and, ideally German
• A commitment to excellence and a passion for the cannabis industry.
