LINE MANAGER: Planning and Controlling Manager

Directly reporting to the Planning & Controlling Manager, the Planning and Controlling Specialist, will contribute to the design of the next generation of Finance Planning & Controlling business processes, ensuring that effective financial information flows and communication channels are maintained all times both in Naples and in HQ in Geneva.

•Support the Planning and Controlling Manager in Budget / quarterly processes and ad-hoc business analysis and presentations for upper management;

•Assist in the month-end processes and produce key internal business reporting;

•Report in a timely and effective manner progress, issues, and risks associated with planning & controlling processes.

•Escalate issues that may arise to ensure their prompt resolution;

•Support in supervising the entity operations, interacting with other finance group functions as necessary;

•Build a strong sustainable relationship at various levels of the organization.

•3+ years’ experience in consulting or highly structured companies;

•Experience in cruise/shipping/hospitality industry is a plus;

•Fluent in English;

•Bachelor and/or Master in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting;

•Strong functional knowledge of Planning & Controlling processes;

•Familiar with SAP - hands-on experience on S/4 HANA (SAP MM/FI);

•Experience in POWER BI tool is considered a plus;

•Team player, collaborative spirit, curious and enthusiastic;

•Good organization and problem-solving skills;

•Methodical and analytical approach.
