Our mandate
We are looking for an immediately / short-term available
VIP Support Engineer (f/m/d)
Your mission
- Provide competent and confident hands-on L1&L2 VIP Support within the SLAs
- Troubleshoot complex problems and explain the approach in an suitable way
- Interacting with senior users and handling escalations calls
- Find solutions in cooperation with the specialized IT service partners
- Ensure a smooth process within the service hours
- Make certain that customer (Top Management) expectations are met
Your profile
- Completed IT training or comparable qualification
- Senior experience in IT support, ideally in the VIP / Top Management area
- Strong service and customer orientation as well as good communication skills
- Confident handling of ticket systems and common IT tools
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Discretion and professionalism in dealing with sensitive information
- Readiness for late working hours schedule to cover the service times in the evening
