Jewelry Designer

We are looking for a Jewelry Designer 80-100% (f/m/d)

GG&CO is a Swiss jewelry startup that sets new standards in innovation and quality, creating unforgettable jewelry experiences. From design to manufacturing and distribution, the entire value chain is with us in Switzerland. In our atelier in Pfäffikon SZ, we design and manufacture unique jewelry pieces, which we distribute through our own channels – an approach to successfully challenge the traditional players in the jewelry industry. For the continuous development of the company, we are now looking to grow our team of Jewelry Designers (f/m/d)

Your Tasks
• On behalf of our customers, you will design unique custom jewelry pieces, sometimes in your sketch book, but mostly in a design program as Rhino 3D, Matrix Gold or similar
• With your work, you will contribute to the design of our new collections – from conception to implementation, you are part of our creative team, defining our product line with your creativity and outstanding design capabilities
• In close consultation with our goldsmiths and jewelers, you will further develop our product quality, constantly on the lookout for improvements
• Additionally, you will work on various tasks from designing and sourcing new, more sustainable packaging materials to layouting marketing materials, and taking care of other adjacent design topics

What we are looking for
▪ Education: you are an artistic natural - your education is a secondary matter, but a creative education or a completed apprenticeship as a goldsmith, stone setter, or similar would be considered as an advantage
▪ Experience: you have worked in a similar role in the jewelry industry and are comfortable working with common CAD software (rhino, panther, fusion, 3design, or similar)
▪ Startup mindset: you are young, enthusiastic, ambitious, and have the desire to make a difference ▪ Creative: you are creative, have a strong sense of aesthetics, and an eye for detail
▪ Problem solver: you show initiative and don't shy away from challenges because you are willing to learn and think in solutions, not in problems
▪ Language: You are fluent in English or German, and have a good command of the respective other language (B2 or higher), additional languages are a plus
