Talent Acquisition - Experienced Hire Recruiter
Your Impact
- Recruit experienced hires for a business unit at various locations in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
- Advise the business in all recruiting matters and independently develop sourcing/recruiting strategies and implement them yourself.
- Be the contact person for all stakeholders in your area and you work on internal HR projects.
- Acquire comprehensive technical know-how and soft skills through on-and-off-the-job training.

Your Skill Set
- At least 5 years of experience as a recruiter, at least 2 years of experience in active sourcing and in-depth market knowledge in Switzerland, ideally in the consulting or financial services industry.
- Very good English skills, German would be an asset.
- Exceptionally service-oriented, committed and outgoing personality who enjoys working independently, team-oriented and actively in a dynamic environment.
- Highly knowledgeable about the specific requirements of your internal clients and skilled in proactively generating additional value beyond the existing service
- Proficient with recruitment technologies and platforms, experience with Workday and Prospective would be an advantage.
