Your mission:
You oversee, develop, and optimize daily supply chain operations in France, the UK, Switzerland, and other markets as needed.
You manage warehousing and distribution partners in France, including onboarding new suppliers, negotiating pricing, maintaining service and quality standards (OTIF), and managing inventory levels.
You coordinate demand forecasts and lead the S&OP process for France and the UK, providing regular inventory reports to ensure continuous supply.
You serve as the key point of contact for projects connecting the France S&OP process to the European roll-up.
You collaborate with the IT team to improve data and system landscapes in France.
You manage all back-office financial processes with the finance team, including invoicing, payments, budget management, and financial reporting.
You support sales in close collaboration with the Swiss Sales Team in Romandie.
You manage customer service in France, including handling delivery issues and order inquiries.
You:
Hold a bachelor’s degree or have a similar education (e.g., apprenticeship and further education).
Bring 3-4 years or more of work experience in supply and operations within FMCG.
Have working knowledge of MS 365 Business Central or other ERP systems.
Are fluent in English and French; each additional language (especially German) is a plus.
Have a strong customer service orientation with best practice experience.
Possess a broad skill set to manage the end-to-end supply chain.
Are highly organized, reliable, and numbers-driven.
Communicate excellently in an international, cross-functional environment.
