In this leadership role, you will manage a team based across our two hubs in Geneva (GVA) and Basel (BSL), with an expected presence of approximately 70% in Geneva and 30% in Basel.
- Lead, inspire, and manage a dedicated team across two of our key stations: Geneva and Basel.
- Oversee and ensure the seamless quality of cargo operations in both locations.
- Serve as the primary contact for ground handling providers and other service partners across four stations.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain and improve the quality of ground handling services.
- Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and tools.
- Act as the main liaison for freight forwarding agents in Switzerland, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Foster strong collaboration between internal departments and external stakeholders across our Home Market and Head Office.
- Lead by example, championing and implementing necessary structural changes.

- 5+ years of experience in cargo operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record in change management.
- Strong innovative mindset with an entrepreneurial, solution-driven approach.
- Excellent communication skills, strong intercultural competence with the ability to engage diplomatically across all organizational levels.
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in German is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland.
