We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Technology Customer Analytics Data Analyst to join our growing team with deep expertise in data and customer analytics, particularly in creating and managing 360-degree customer views. This role is pivotal in understanding customer behaviours, optimizing engagement strategies, and supporting business growth.
The Data Analyst is responsible for analysing complex datasets to develop a comprehensive 360-degree view of our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making is at the core of our customer engagement strategies.
•Develop and maintain a 360-degree customer view by integrating data from various sources (e.g., CRM, transaction data, web analytics, social media).
•Perform in-depth data analysis based on business requests.
•Develop dashboards and reports that provide stakeholders with clear, concise, and actionable information on customer metrics.
•Use data visualization tools and advanced statistical methods to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
•Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer experience teams to translate business needs into data-driven insights and technical data solutions.
•Work closely with data engineers and IT teams to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of customer data across platforms.
•Continuously improve data collection processes to enhance the quality and completeness of customer data.
•Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Economic Science, Statistics or similar.
•5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on customer analytics and creating 360-degree customer views.
•Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data analysis and Power BI visualization tool.
•Experience with CRM systems, customer data platforms (CDPs), and marketing analytics tools.
•Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifetime value analysis, and predictive modelling techniques.
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
•Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Good understanding in data architecture, data modelling, Azure stack and CDPs.
•Familiarity with data governance practices and regulatory requirements related to customer data.
•Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
•Proven track record of using data to drive business decisions and improve customer outcomes.
•Experience within the travel and hospitality industry, with ideal focus in the Cruising industry, is considered a plus.
•Fluent in English, any other EU languages would be an advantage.
•Availability to travel.
