Your mission
For the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 we are looking for a Mood Manager from April 2025 until the end of May 2025. As part of the ESC Event team, you will be responsible for the following topics:
- Shaping and maintaining a positive, happy and productive work environment
- Creating a positive atmosphere by providing support and relief, both administrative as well as in the form food (light snacks) and beverage
- Offering support towards the well-being of the ESC staff during the ESC event weeks
- Act as a link between different departments/delegations and staff and promote open and effective communication within the organization
Your profile
- Proven experience as a Mood / Feel good Manager or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of employee engagement and well-being best practices
- A good sense of empathy and a passion for providing service
- Flexible, proactive and strong problem-solving true team-player
- Good ability to work fill in punctually in order to provide support and a helping hand where needed
