The Head of LightSpray™ Planning & Execution will play a vital role within the Core Leadership Team, reporting directly to the LightSpray™ Managing Director. This position is responsible for strategic and financial planning, driving operational excellence, and overseeing the execution of key initiatives to ensure full alignment of business operations with the overarching vision. With a primary focus on scaling the LightSpray™ business, this role will coordinate and support cross-functional teams to efficiently achieve clearly defined operational and budgetary goals.

Your Mission

• Operationalize Strategy: Translate business strategy into actionable operational plans, overseeing end-to-end execution of initiatives across all departments
• Drive Operational Excellence: Refine and optimize core operational processes, including product development, manufacturing, supply chain, and delivery, ensuring scalability and efficiency
• Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Manage and mentor a high-performing team of workstream leaders, fostering collaboration and alignment across departments (innovation, computational design, manufacturing, commercialization)
• Project/Program Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive project roadmap, ensuring initiatives are executed on time, within budget, and meet quality objectives. Identify and manage risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies
• Financial Planning & Resource Allocation: Lead financial planning and decision-making for operational investments, optimizing resource allocation and managing CapEx budgets
• Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs to track operational performance, providing regular data-driven reports to senior leadership and conducting performance reviews
