We are currently seeking a Front Office Support to join our Monterosa Family at our Zurich office. This temporary position is to cover maternity leave and offers an excellent opportunity to support our Front Office team. We are looking for a service-oriented, detail-driven individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute as a key team player.
As part of our two-person Front Office team, your duties will include:
- Welcoming our clients and guests, arranging and coordinating internal and external meetings, calls and appointments; and maintaining meeting rooms.
- Managing general office operations, including answering calls, providing switchboard support, and handling internal and external mail.
- Organizing international travel bookings, including flight, hotel, housing and control of the travel expenses.
- Supporting the planning and execution of various events and trainings in-house and externally.
- Assisting the Management and Business Development Team in different matters, whenever needed help in creating presentations, organize calendars etc.
- Ensuring presence hours Monday to Friday from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. incl. vacation substitution.
Your description
- You are absolutely committed to providing exceptional client and guest services and are hands-on, have a positive attitude and are passionate about what you do.
- You have an eye for detail and a precise working style and, ideally, you have initial experience in facility management.
- You are proficient in MS Office and can express yourself well in German and English, both orally and in writing.
- You work independently and, preferably, you already have gained working experience in a similar position.
- You are open minded, stress resistant and feel comfortable in challenging situations. You are flexible and can rapidly adapt to changes in your working environment.
