We are looking forward welcoming a new team member for the position :

GUEST SERVICE AGENT

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS

• At least two years of professional experience in the upscale hotel industry, ideally in the reservation area
• Good oral and written language skills (d/f/e)
• Good computer and MS Office skills
• Ideally Opera knowledge (Opera Cloud)
• Guest-oriented, professional work and sales talent

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Individual guest support on site in German, French and English
• Organization of transfers, ticket and restaurant reservations
• Luggage and guest car coordination
• Operating the telephone switchboard (answering and forwarding calls d/e/f)
• General work at the lodge, assistance at reception
