YOUR MISSION
• Promote Group Operational Resilience vision and ambition for sounding practice implemented at Entities, and act as catalyzer the successful local implementation
• Develop, deploy and ensure appropriate level of entities readiness in line with Group Operational Resilience Policy in alignment with sponsors and stakeholders expectations, identifying industry best practices that complement AXA governance and overall strategy
• Provide professional support to the Group and entity Crisis Management Teams in times of crises, as on-call crisis response officer
• Serve as point of contact for Crisis Management, providing advisory where required
• Develop and deploy the Group Crisis Management planning and associated support documentation
• Participate in threat anticipation and intelligence activities, to establish future developments and identify areas of risk
• Develop and provide best practice materials for global entities to utilize and develop their own compliant programs along with the necessary training and guidance for exercising crisis management teams
• Establish relationship with entity CM representatives and provide support and guidance to global crisis management teams as required
• Oversee the overall resilience risks reduction, with a focus on crisis management-related instructions and controls
This position will have a key impact in promoting the Operational Resilience and crisis management strategy
Stakeholders : Group Crisis Committee members, Group Security, SAS, Group CM, Group BCM, Internal Audit, Risk Management, HR, Finance, Project Management Office, Group Security, Market and Local Operational Resilience and IT teams, Group CSO N-1 and N-2, Regional CISOs/CSOs, Global ITSCM Community, GO Community Group and Global Business Continuity Management Teams and Crisis Leaders. Vendors, Specific government agencies.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
• Support the Group crisis management team in times of crisis
• Support the deployment of the global CM policy, guidelines and good governance
• Equip the team [wider Crisis Manager’s community], develop, advise and educate
• Provide Crisis Management advisory across the group, design and facilitate training and exercises
• Provide subject matter expertise and support to associated resilience teams before, during and after major incidents and crises
• Develop, facilitate and support, crisis management testing and exercises
• Support the organization and delivery of Operational Resilience webinars, seminars, conferences, etc
QUALITIFICATIONS
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Crisis Management, Disaster Management or related field or equivalent professional experience Certification Your Profile
• At least 8 years’ relevant experience in the field of Operational Resilience, with a proven track record of having responded to major incidents and corporate crises
• Experience working within a global environment
• International work experience Skills / abilities
• Operate comfortably at executive management level
• Strong facilitation, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Possess strong relationship building, communication and presentation skills [written and verbal – English]
• Be able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Strong networking skills
