The Digital Business Process Manager is a key member of the B2B Partner & WHS Channels team, responsible for designing, implementing, and managing digital channels and their workflows to align with user needs and business objectives. This role focuses on enhancing user experience, improving process efficiency, and driving overall business performance while acting as a critical bridge between stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and value delivery.
Tasks:
- Process design & implementation: Analyse, design, and optimize new & existing business processes before being transformed into a digital customer journey's/workflow. Implement best practices and standards for digital process management
- Product vision & strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to create and own product roadmap; ensure product roadmap aligns with customer expectations and business goals
- Customer focus: By maintaining strong focus on customer needs prioritize features roll-out that enhance user experience, remove inefficiencies, solve pain paint, and simplify business processes
- Project/Sprint execution and management: Lead and manage digital process improvement projects from initiation to completion. Sprint planning & execution. Backlog management. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work very closely with wider teams, business, IT, vendors/partners to understand their needs and objectives
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure digital processes & platforms comply with industry standards/regulations and internal audit & compliance policies to maintain process quality and integrity. Participate in UAT, review and own, sign-off the release
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Past/proven experience in digital business process management, product owner, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, customer journeys, user experience and design thinking principles
- Ability to translate complex requirements into clear objectives
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, German (nice to have)
