How will you do it
- Lead and manage a squad of marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy and business objectives.
- Create and manage campaign budgets, ensuring costeffective strategies and maximizing ROI.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation among team members.
- Set clear goals and performance metrics for the squad, monitor progress and provide feedback.
- Facilitate regular squad meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Drive strong marketing campaign performance reporting and visibility
- Act as a liaison between the squad and senior management, communicating updates and insights.
- Resolve competing priorities and drive clarity on path forward
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the squad to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required profile:
What we look for
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and squad-based structures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Background in marketing digital technologies with breakthrough track record
