Work closely with service backoffice team and technicians to support CRM system operation. Problem solving, analyze technical possibility in CRM, submit, coordinate and follow up, system testing and monitoring of the productive business process.
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Effective time management, organization, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, good team player, good negotiation and communication skills
- Problem solving, hard working, proactive and able to work under pressure
- Analytical capability
- Commitment for the quality and on-time delivery of assigned tasks
- Flexible and adaptable, able to adapt to new situations and continuously learn
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
