Main duties
We are looking for a Head of Group Communications to join our HQ-team on a part-time basis (60%).
In this role, you will be responsible for managing both internal and external communication, with a strong focus on internal initiatives to strengthen engagement and identification with our business.
You will lead efforts across various communication channels, supporting both our internal associates and external media engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Internal Communication: Manage internal communication channels, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging across the organization.
- Newsletter Creation: Write, design, and distribute internal newsletters that inform, motivate, and align our associates with company goals.
- Event Organization: Organize and host internal Town Halls and other engaging events to foster a culture of collaboration and transparency.
- External Communication & Media Work: Manage external communication, including media relations and outreach. Develop media content to enhance Company visibility.
- Social Media Management: Oversee the company’s social media presence, ensuring consistent and engaging content
- Press Releases: Draft, review, and distribute press releases to relevant media outlets, ensuring accurate and effective communication of company updates.
- Hands-on Approach: Take a proactive, hands-on role in managing communication projects, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on excellence.

Requirements:
- Excellent English and German Language skills required
- Experience: Previous experience in internal and external communications, media relations, and event organization.
- Skills: Writing and editing skills, creative thinking, and a hands-on approach to communication tasks.
