Located at the foot of the Swiss Alps and directly on Lake Lucerne, the Chenot Palace in Weggis has 97 rooms and suites, a restaurant and a tea lounge. The medical spa covers an area of 5,000m² and is equipped with state-of-the-art technology to support the Chenot Detox programmes.

Qualifications & Competences
- Passion for the science-based Health Wellness industry and interest in continual learning
- Completed studies in the field of communication and media
- Five+ years of professional experience in the field of marketing/communications/media
- Experience communicating to a global HNW audience
- Experience with WordPress, Craft &/or other CMS, and Google Analytics and Sprout
- Proficient with MS Office, Photoshop, Canva and Adobe
- Experience with CRM and Email platforms (Revinate, Mailchimp, etc)
- Ability to work in a team, high motivation, reliability, and attention to detail
- Fluent English essential, German desired, every other language is of advantage
Tasks & Challenges
- Develop and implement a digital marketing plan in Chenot Palace Weggis's key feeder and evolving markets, to support the property revenue targets
- Plan and manage digital campaigns across paid and owned channels, continually optimising to attract and convert new clients and retain existing guests
- Work closely with the Chenot International marketing team to ensure campaigns complement overarching group strategy and adhere to group CI and TOV
- Work with the Chenot Palace Weggis Marketing & PR Manager and Sales team to ensure campaigns are aligned to other Sales & Marketing activity and objectives
- Working with the Chenot International digital marketing team, ensure the Chenot Palace Weggis area on Chenot.com is updated with relevant content to support campaigns
- Continually improve SEO/SEA, working in partnership with the Chenot International digital marketing team to ensure ROI on paid digital media investment
- Responsible for the digital client journey, including pre and post stay digital communications
- Produce monthly reports and analysis of digital marketing performance, collaborating closely with the CPW Marketing and PR Manager and the Group Marketing Team to analyse effectiveness of website, social media and email activity
- Stay abreast of industry trends (marketing and Health Wellness) and competitor activity
- Support ongoing management of the Marketing budget
