Mission
- Support the Talent Management Team in Learning & Development as well as Talent Acquisition functions.
- Contribute to the unit and organisation’s strategy by performing diversified tasks and duties as assigned by the Head of Talent Management
Main Responsibilities
Learning Management System (LMS) Support

Provide first-line support to users, ensuring a seamless experience with the LMS.

Respond promptly to staff queries regarding the LMS.

Manage online course registrations for staff and maintain accurate records.

Create course descriptions as directed by the L&D Manager.
Training Analysis and Evaluations

Conduct follow-up analysis of training KPIs to measure satisfaction and effectiveness.

Use insights from evaluations to recommend and implement service improvements
Onboarding

Collaborate with the L&D Manager to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for newcomers.

Coordinate logistical aspects of onboarding, including room setup, AV assistance, and catering arrangements.

Communicate with newcomers prior to their arrival to provide relevant information and support.

Ensure each newcomer is assigned a buddy for guidance during their first weeks at the IOC.

Deliver an induction session introducing newcomers to the IOC’s community initiatives.
Recruitment

Assisting the Talent Acquisition Team with the coordination for interviews with both hiring managers and candidates in Switzerland and/or abroad

Organizing interviews by communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders to prepare them for their interviews.

Coordination with external agencies

Preparing and position job ads on recruitment websites

Support with administrative tasks for the team

Contract management with external suppliers (drafting contracts and coordinating with suppliers)

Raising purchase order

Processing invoices for the team

Keeping minutes at internal meeting

Interact directly with candidates and internal staff to respond to their enquiries on recruitment

and spontaneous applications, in a timely manner.

Provide support with ongoing recruitment projects to improve our recruitment process.

Provide follow-up analysis of the KPIs of completed and ongoing recruitments to evaluate and

measure satisfaction and results to improve services.

Gradually take over some of the trainee recruitment process
Our Requirements
- A great teamwork spirit.
- Digitally savvy and ability to extract statistics and data for tracking and presentation would be an asset.
- Ability to work autonomously as needed.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders would be a plus.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Good organisation skills with attention to details.
- English or French fluency, with excellent writing and speaking of the other language.
- Excellent command of the corporate tools and ability to follow the internal user rules (Outlook, etc.).
