Role Profile

Key Accountabilities

1. Assist in the preparation and review of filings in accordance with regulatory deadlines.

2. Compile financial data, footnotes, and other required disclosures for inclusion in SEC reports.

3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and documentation for stock exchange filings.

4. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules for stock exchange filings.

5. Perform data analysis and reconciliation to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial information.

6. Assist with the implementation of new accounting standards and regulatory requirements impacting stock exchange reporting.

7. Maintain organized files and documentation to support stock exchange filings and ensure compliance with regulatory

requirements.

8. Assist in the documentation of accounting policies and procedures related to stock exchange reporting.

9. Collaborate with finance, legal, and external auditors to address inquiries and resolve issues related to external reporting.

10. Provide support to senior team members in special projects and initiatives related to external reporting and financial

disclosure.

11. Identify opportunities to streamline and improve reporting processes, including the use of technology and automation tools.

12. Contribute ideas and suggestions for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the reporting function.

Person Profile

Experience and Specific Requirements Key Relationships

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

Prior experience or internship in accounting, financial reporting, or stock exchange reporting

preferred.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting concepts.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet tight deadlines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
