DePuy Synthes Companies of Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Finance Analyst supporting the DPS FP&A Supply Chain Organization. The preferred locations for this position are Zuchwil, Switzerland, with considerations given to other J&J site locations globally.


This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months.

The Financial Analyst, DPS FP&A Supply Chain will collaborate with the DPS FP&A Supply Chain Finance Manager and will be responsible for the financial Master-data and financial processes within ERP P01 are essential for accurate reporting, compliance, and FP&A activities. The role combines financial planning and analysis, US GAAP reporting and specialized technical system expertise in SAP and ask for committed professional that can easily navigate between these various responsibilities.

Tasks & Responsibilities:


SME FOR SAP FINANCE ROLES ASSURING SYSTEM COMPLIANCE:




  • Handling day-to-day access requests covering different systems: A14, Q14, P01, BI




  • Acting as a finance product owner for HP ALM, S01 and Jira Products




  • Monthly validation of SAP P01 Traceability Controls and maintaining SOD frameworks, ensuring no high risks exist in the system




  • Performing semi-annual user access reviews (SAP P01, MDM) and lead Corrective Action Plans when needed




  • Handling ad hoc questions and queries linking Business with IT





FINANCE EXPERT FOR SAP FINANCIAL MASTER DATA & SYSTEM CONSISTENCY/




  • Chart of Account owner




  • Local SharePoint and consolidation file maintenance/mappings for reviews and submissions




  • FI/CO Closing activities in SAP




  • Cost allocation to operative cells for production sites in Oberdorf & Neuchatel and overhead allocation for all companies in scope




  • Running and settling of internal orders for CAPEX and OPEX projects and allocation settlements




  • Business partnering across finance on above processes





FP&A AND REPORTING RESPONSIBILITIES (US GAAP, LEGAL & MANAGEMENT)




  • Reporting of financials in Bravo, TM1 and SharePoint for actuals and forecast cycles




  • Investigate on gross profit for supply chain




  • Drive harmonization and improvements across FP&A




  • Drive automation initiatives to ensure bringing efficiency and business continuity in reporting (Various tools available Alteryx, Power-BI, PAX, Tableau, …)
