The position is offered on a Hybrid working basis with travel to our Baar office as required.
What you will do:
- Responsible for developing our Object Business (B2B) sales department
- Development of a sustainable sales strategy, targeting the core market segments
- The acquisition of new customers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein as well as the overall development of the Swiss market
- Reviewing market trends and identifying new market opportunities, delivering strategic measures to grow the company's market position
- Developing relationships both internally and externally
- Managing customer relationships, CRM activity and the B2B portal
- Ultimately responsible for the sales, margin and profitability of the Object Business Unit
What you need to succeed:
- Experience as a Head of Sales within the household appliances sector, ideally white goods contract/property/kitchen business
- Commercial or technical education/training with further education in business administration or sales & marketing
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent networking and relationship building skills
- Strong presentation, communication, negotiation and influencing experience
- Team player, flexible, passionate and customer oriented
- Organized, structured, proactive, target oriented, conscientious and resilient
- Creative in search of innovative ideas
- High affinity for technical products
- Good level of Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Business fluency in German and English
- French and Italian ideally
- Full, valid Swiss driving licence and the willingness to travel
