Job Description

As part of the replacement of our Client Data Management system, we need a senior business analyst to support the transition to a vendor system :

  • Create Business Requirements Documents with understandable and clear language, user stories, and obtain sign-off from stakeholders
  • Organize and conduct workshops with all departments of the bank involved and the vendor
  • Propose solutions to problems and roadblocks
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing
  • Ensure stakeholder involvement, challenge their vision, and promote innovative solutions
  • Work closely with the Project Management Team and the Project Management Office
  • Partner with Development and IT Project Management units to ensure the adequacy of developments and proposed solutions
  • Identify and report project conflicts
  • Develop the Target Operating Model in collaboration with business SMEs

Qualifications

  • Expertise in rigorously monitoring and tracking the progress of activitie
  • Knowledge of WDX is a significant asset
  • Mandatory experience in the finance industry
  • Proven experience of 10-15 years in maintaining and implementing solutions
  • Skilled in collaborating with external vendors
  • Capable of managing technical resources
  • Knowledge of the regulatory environment (EU, Swiss)
  • Proficiency in bridging the gap between business and technical teams
  • Competent in interacting with the business team, understanding their needs, and prioritizing the team's work
