Your tasks

• The technical Training expert EDM/Laser is responsible to get a fine and business oriented understanding of the customer needs to support the training offer internally and make sure the Academy deliver best of class training, in the content and the execution.
• He/She makes sure we set the ground to state of the art training to prepare the strategy of the academy to sell training to the customers in the future.
• One of the major role is to be closed to sales and animate the internal technical network to be aware of the technical improvements and guarantee the accurate content of the trainings.
• Get an field understanding of the needs coming from the service technicians and the customers.
• Coordinate the activities and make the best use of the internal network to make sure EDM and Laser technologies are properly covered (R&D / Technical information, Application, Sales engineers, Products Managers, Production teams...)
• Prepare and update E-learning / remote training as well as training check lists to ensure high training quality and monitor it.
• Check machines (material, maintenance, software update ...) to ensure proper execution of the trainings or organize it with the support of the Technical Units.

Your profile

• Several years of experience in Sales as service technician or application technician, with direct customer contacts.
• Technical skills on the related technologies, and technical training experience / approach.
• Excellent communication skills, english mandatory, any other language is a plus.
