As a Continuous Improvement Manager, you are a superhero of efficiency in the company. You do the impossible immediately - miracles take a little longer. Processes are your DNA, process optimisation is your daily business and target group-oriented stakeholder management is your aspiration
What You'll Do
- Initiating and defining a continuous improvement concept in collaboration with the management team of the Production division
- Management and coordination of all activities in connection with continuous improvement management in the Production division
- Initiating and defining a continuous improvement concept in collaboration with the management team of the Production division
- Analysing and evaluating existing processes and their performance, deriving specific improvement proposals for implementation
- Define improvement targets for the organisations in the division
- Handing over verified ideas for improving processes, procedures, etc. to project portfolio management (and later project management) in the division
- Responsible for achieving the savings and optimisation targets
- Definition of suitable process indicators for performance measurement in collaboration with the process owners
- Contact person for the organisations within the division when designing new processes
Who You Are
- University degree in engineering (electronics, mechanical engineering, production science)
- Further training in quality management, process management, or business administration v.v.
- Several years of experience in process management or continuous improvement management in a manufacturing, global environment, with good knowledge of the relevant processes along the supply chain.
- Several years of experience in several of the following disciplines: 'Continuous Improvement', 'Process Design', 'Lean Production', 'Process Controlling', 'Lean Six Sigma', 'Problem Solving Methodologies'
- Very good MS-Office and SAP knowledge in SD, MM, PP, FI-CO, EWM/WM an advantage
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills as well as excellent communication skills. Open - persistent and assertive
- Entrepreneurial thinking & acting personality with high service orientation
- Willingness to travel (<5%)
