YOUR MISSION
• Promote Group Operational Resilience vision and ambition for sounding practice implemented at Entities, and act as catalyzer the successful local implementation
• Develop, deploy and ensure oversight of the successful local implementation of the Group Operational Resilience Policy, Instructions and guidelines, identifying industry best practices that complement AXA governance and overall strategy
• Serve as point of contact for Business Continuity Management, providing advisory where required
• Develop and deploy the Group’s Business Continuity Management strategy and associated support documentation
• Participate in the Business Resilience horizon scanning activities, to establish future developments and identify areas of risk
• Develop and provide best practice materials for global entities to utilize and develop their own compliant programs along with the necessary training and guidance for exercising Business Continuity Management teams
• Establish relationship with entity BCM representatives and provide support and guidance to global Business Continuity Management teams as required
• Provide continuous compliance monitoring of global entities and provide executive governance reporting. Including the quality assurance of Business Continuity plans, procedures and associated materials, training events and skill sets
This position will have a key impact in promoting Operational Resilience, with a focus on Business Continuity Management practice across the group.
Stakeholders : His/her sponsors, stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, Group Security, SAS, Group CM, Group BCM, Internal Audit, Group Risk Management, HR, Finance, Project Management Office, Group Security, Market and Local Operational Resilience and IT teams, Group CSO N-1 and N-2, Regional CISOs/CSOs, Global ITSCM Community, GO Community Group and Global Business Continuity Management Teams and Crisis Leaders. Vendors, Specific government agencies.
KEY RESPONSABILITES
• Lead the design and coordination across multiple senior stakeholders involved in the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) regulatory aspects related to Group Operational Resilience
• Contribute to the design of End to End Resilience and lead the coordination of the working group, as part of the Group Security strategy
• Support the deployment of the global BCM policy, guidelines and good governance
• Equip the team [wider Business Continuity Manager’s community], develop, advise and educate
• Provide Business Continuity Management advisory across the group, design and facilitate training and exercises
• Be available for crises response activities as required, supporting the Group Crisis Leader and Committee for effective coordination and decision making
• Provide subject matter expertise and support to associated business resilience teams
• Develop, facilitate and support, Business Continuity Management testing and exercises
• Support management of the Business Continuity Management budget
• Support the annual Business Resilience conference
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Continuity Management, Disaster Management or related field or equivalent professional experience Certification NA Overall work experience in the field
• At least 8 years’ relevant experience
• Experience working within a global environment
• International work experience Skills / abilities (Examples)
• Operate comfortably at executive management level
• Strong facilitation, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Possess strong relationship building, communication and presentation skills [written and verbal – English]
• Be able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Strong networking skills
• Team player, but self-motivated, proactive, independent and responsive
