Your opportunity
In this hybrid role, you’ll blend workplace experience management with IT support coordination to create a welcoming, productive, and secure environment for Scandit team members. You’ll be the first point of contact at the front desk, manage facilities, support internal events, oversee vendor relationships, and deliver essential IT services. With your proactive and organized approach, you’ll help ensure smooth day-to-day operations and contribute to a seamless employee experience.
Workplace Experience:
- Welcome and assist employees, visitors, candidates, and vendors, ensuring positive experiences for all.
- Serve as the main contact for team members, fostering a positive office culture.
- Support senior leaders with administrative tasks, including document management.
- Manage incoming calls, and company mail, and maintain an organized front desk.
- Conduct daily office inspections, resolve issues, and ensure high standards for facilities and equipment.
- Oversee on-site vendor services for cleaning, maintenance, and food & beverage, ensuring adherence to contracts and performance standards.
- Coordinate and set up essential IT equipment for events, such as projectors, microphones, video conferencing tools, and reliable internet access. Ensure all systems are tested and ready to go before each event.
- Provide on-site support during events, assisting with simple troubleshooting and helping staff or presenters with using technology, ensuring smooth operations throughout.
IT Support and Service Delivery:
- Conduct regular sweeps of office IT systems to ensure all equipment is functioning and ready for use. Proactively address any potential issues to keep equipment in top condition and minimize downtime.
- Oversee IT service delivery processes to ensure high-quality support for end users.
- Coordinate IT-related orders (hardware and software) and manage inventory, working closely with suppliers.
- Support IT onboarding for new hires, ensuring a structured and welcoming experience.
- Manage collaboration and productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Office 365), enhancing team efficiency.

- IT Support: 1-2 years in IT Service Desk or similar, with strong troubleshooting skills across PC, Mac, and basic networking.
- Google Workspace & MDM Tools: Experienced with Google Workspace administration, as well as device management using tools like Google Endpoint and Jamf Pro.
- Collaboration Tools: Familiar with supporting platforms like Slack, Zoom, and 1Password.
- Organizational & Office Management Skills: Detail-oriented, with office management experience and the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Team Player: Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable asking for and offering help as needed.
- Language Skills: Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
