Your team
The Technology & Operations Division is a key partner of our Wealth Management, Asset Management and Asset Servicing divisions for matters related to technological infrastructure, custodian activities and fund administration. The recruiting team is part of the Banking Operations Department, which provides a broad range of custodian and cash services.
Based in Geneva, you will be joining a dynamic team of nine that plays a central role in supporting Private Assets Operations activities.
Your role
- Perform the analysis of transactions and events.
- Ensure the accurate processing of all transactions related to Private Equities and Real Estate client investments in our banking system: subscriptions, capital calls, distributions, capital increases, etc.
- Provide expert guidance and resolve complex internal queries from the Front Office.
- Develop a deep understanding of the needs of an international client base (Switzerland, Luxembourg, and other Pictet entities abroad).
- Identify and manage risks associated with private assets operations, implementing best practices to mitigate them.
Your profile
University degree (Bachelor’s or Master's) in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent in work experience in the finance industry.
- Expérience of 2 to 4 years of experience in Private Equities and Real Estate Operations is a plus
- Fluent with IT systems (E front, Avaloq) and software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly assimilate new information and processes and drive operational excellence.
- Client oriented and solution provider
- Fluent in French and English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be resident in Switzerland.
