In this responsible position, you contribute to the development and implementation of the service sales strategy and you ensure a sustainable development of your team. Furthermore, you will manage and sell all standardized product offerings as well as provide support to our Area Sales Managers. It will be on you to standardize sales processes, optimize offering processes, define pricing strategies for spares, strategic spare components, overhaul kits and implement Hitachi Energy group sales tools. Your responsibilities

Responsible for the implementation of the existing sales strategy in team,

Setting goals and objectives for team members for achievement of sales results

Develop, manage and coach the team to have a sustainable growth in the whole department,

Responsible for coordinating/preparing and ensuring professional, quotations for standardized services and following negotiations to fully satisfy our high-demanding customers,

Coordination and active pursuits of quotations/tenders,
-
Budget and cost responsibility for sales team,
-
Monitoring of LSC budget commitments, preparing accurate forecasts and reports,
-
Driving sales growth by working closely together with Area Sales Managers, Local Service Centers, Front End Sales and new business colleagues,
-
Building up sustainable internal and external customer relationships and accountable for customer satisfaction,

Ensure consistent application, development and implementation of tools such as Configure Price Quote (CPQ) platform, Installed Base Platform, process guidelines and practices,
-
Optimize sales process and simplify tasks by standardizing offerings, templates, calculations, tools for sales team, etc.
Your background
-
Senior Professional with international business experience and a proven track-record in GIS or GCB market
-
More than 5 years of experience in sales; project management or engineering

Ability to work across reporting lines

Background in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering

Additional MBA or economics degree
-
Capability to motivate a team; proven leadership and development experience

Fluent in English, both verbal and written. Further languages of advantage, e.g. German

Strong cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills
