The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. It provides guidance and support to subsidiaries around the world, to ensure the coordination and monitoring of the Group's global strategy, the application of its standards, the consistency of commercial approaches and the sharing of best practices. Within the Group, you will join the Group HR Operations department, which is responsible for overseeing HRIS, data, and HR cross-functional areas.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Lead to join our Group HR Operations team. This role is pivotal in driving change processes and ensuring the successful implementation of strategic projects, including the People@AXA initiative for our headquarters and the promotion of a data-driven culture across the organization. The Change Lead will be responsible for community management, upskilling the HRIS community in change management skills, and supporting various strategic initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Change Management:
Project Support:
- Lead change management strategies for the strategic projects managed by the team.
- Develop and execute change management plans that minimize resistance and foster acceptance among stakeholders.
- Assess the impact of changes on the organization and develop strategies to address potential challenges.
Community Management:
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment with change management objectives and deliverables, specifically supporting important HR operations transformation projects.
- Monitor progress and provide guidance to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope.
Upskilling Initiatives:
- Build and maintain a community of change champions and stakeholders within the organization.
- Facilitate communication and engagement among community members to promote collaboration and share best practices.
Data Culture Promotion:
- Promote and facilitate the upskilling of the HRIS community in change management skills, ensuring team members are equipped to navigate and lead change effectively.
- Develop training programs and resources to enhance change management competencies within the HRIS team.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Advocate for a data-driven culture by developing training and communication plans that enhance data literacy and utilization.
- Work with various teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data in decision-making processes.
Performance Measurement:
- Identify and engage key stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure their support and involvement in change initiatives.
- Conduct regular meetings and workshops to gather feedback and address concerns related to change processes.
Your Profile
- Develop metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and community engagement efforts.
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership on progress, challenges, and successes in implementing change.
Qualifications:
About AXA
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in a consulting role, with a strong background in change management.
- Certified in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
- Management experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems and their role in organizational change.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in promoting data culture and change initiatives within a corporate environment is a plus.
