Your responsibilities

• Execution of technical testing (development and QM release testing) in our internal testing laboratory
• Creation and implementation of QMS/SOP process documents
• Support in the organization and execution of our workshops
• Autonomous work on a stand-alone project from the areas mentioned above
• Management of Quality defects
• Support in the creation of an archive collection
• Organize and conduct product workshops with our Athletes
• Push repairability and strengthen Mammut`s circular business models
• Support with customer enquiries / processing of customer concerns (by e-mail)

Your profile

• Ongoing or completed bachelor's degree in textile engineering, fashion design, mechanical engineering or a completed qualification in tailoring
• First project management experience
• Structured, independent & solution-oriented way of working
• Organizational and coordination talent with good presentation and communication skills
• Analytical and critical way of thinking
• Creative personality with a good knowledge in the handling of sewing machines
• Motivated team player with a pro-active and hands-on mentality
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Very good MS-Office skills, PLM, ERP or Power BI knowledge is desirable
• Passion for the mountains and outdoor sports in general
