Your Mission

• Inspect and ensure the quality of finished goods and packaging using industry-standard methods such as dimensional measurement, functionality checks, and compliance with blueprints.
• Develop and continuously improve quality testing procedures, driving innovations that enhance efficiency and product excellence.
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure they align with both performance and sustainability goals.
• Collect and analyze quality inspection results, summarizing defects, reworks, and waste to contribute to process improvements.
• Train production teams on quality standards and ensure compliance throughout the production cycle.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and sourcing, to integrate quality control measures across the product lifecycle.
• Perform regular inspections of raw materials, ensuring that all components meet our high-quality standards.
• Identify the root causes of product defects and reworks, proposing corrective actions and ensuring timely resolution.
• Verify the calibration and functionality of all equipment used in the production process.
