Chenot Palace Weggis is the flagship of the Health Wellness Retreat globally active Chenot Group located directly on Lake Lucerne. Located at the foot of the Swiss Alps, the Chenot Palace in Weggis has 97 rooms and suites, a restaurant and a tea lounge. The medical spa covers an area of 5,000 m² and is equipped with state-of-the-art technology to support the Chenot Detox programmes.

Qualifications & Competences

• Experience as massage/body work therapist as well as manicure & pedicure preferred
• Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in 5-star hotels
• Must be able to build professional connection with guest
• Ability to explain various treatments/services to guests
• Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivational personality
• Professional manner, discretion, and appearance
• Availability for working on rotating shift: this will include weekends and holidays

Tasks & Challenges

• Adheres to Chenot policies, standards and procedures
• Performs all treatments on services menu that meet the established guidelines for the type of service offering
• Maintains the highest level of product knowledge and has complete knowledge of all spa service and cosmetic products presently offered
• Understands the ingredients and compositions in products and can explain their benefits to guests.
• Suggests to guests other beneficial treatments offered in the spa, according to guidelines provided during training
• Ensures that work areas are clean and set according to procedures
• Maintains guest profile with their preferences
• Attends all scheduled meetings and professional trainings
