Executive Assistant to the CEO - Investment Fund (m/f)

You will manage a wide range of duties and responsibilities in the following areas: 

• Support new investment initiatives with a strong sense for legal, tax and anti-money laundering regulations across European and American jurisdictions.
• Support and coordinate the legal, tax and regulatory audits.
• Ensuring seamless communication. Serve as a liaison between departments, three top executives, external advisors and service providers.
• Review and prepare investment-related payments.
• Manage real properties in different countries of a top executive.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Prepare and coordinate meetings, including agendas, minutes and follow-ups.
• Manage complex calendars and scheduling for one top executive of an investment fund and his team.
• Manage calendar, mails and travel arrangements for a top executive.

What we expect: 

• Exceptional organizational skills and highest attention to detail.
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the financial industry and market trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment across different time zones.
• Fluent in English. Arabic skills are needed. French and German skills are wished.
• Individual with highest reputation.
