Working with local sales offices in different Countries and with the Corporate Head Office, the Direct Marketing Specialist is responsible for the execution of the email and direct marketing plans and is accountable for the campaign operational deployment process in order to increase direct sales via CRM and direct marketing.
•Perform direct marketing activities including, but not limited to, campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, and deployment of one-shot, recurring, triggered and dynamic contents campaigns;
•Build and deploy email campaigns within pre-defined SLAs: HTML editing, verifying copy, layout, links and dynamic content;
•Maintain the email/direct marketing calendar and proactively communicates with internal stakeholders to confirm requirements, timelines, status and results on campaign requests;
•Execute highly targeted email campaigns by creating audience segments, lists, suppression and performing A/B testing;
•Regularly reporting on key metrics to internal stakeholders, review deliverables and campaign performance to improve campaign results;
•Establish best practices for designing emails, and stay updated on industry/competitive trends;
•Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation, and other aspects of email execution.
•Previous experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, email marketing and trigger campaigns;
•A previous study or work experience abroad is considered an advantage;
•Fluent in English; knowledge of any other European language is considered an advantage;
•Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of HTML is a must;
•Degree in Economics, Marketing or equivalent;
•A number-driven person, comfortable with mathematical, statistical and quantitative reasoning;
•Ability to work in a deadline driven environment, balancing multiple priorities;
•High level of attention to details.
