As a Senior Innovation Concept Designer, you will create groundbreaking concepts and products for high-performance athletes while advancing On’s sustainability goals. Working in a collaborative environment, you’ll shape the future direction of our pinnacle performance product and technologies such as LightSpray™ through Innovation and Design.
Your Mission
- Be a key member of the Innovation Design team, pushing the limits of On’s future product design and technology platforms.
- Lead projects from concept to final delivery or transition to other teams.
- Collaborate closely with On’s world-class athletes and the sport science team to drive data-driven design and innovation.
- Utilize your design skills to refine and co-create On’s design vision.
- Develop new concepts using mock-ups, advanced prototyping, renderings and 2D/3D tools.
- Work closely with development teams in Europe and Asia to create functional, performance-driven proof of concepts and products.
- Innovate new workflows and leverage digital tools to accelerate prototyping and manufacturing.
- Travel to Asia and Europe 2-4 times per year to collaborate with development centers.
