Job Description
We are looking for an MS Business Central Specialist to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide to help us power up the traveller's journey for millions of holidaymakers. If you are a master in working on ERP solutions keep on reading, as you might be the perfect fit for this job.
The job in brief:
Job Title - MS Business Central Specialist
Working model - hybrid from Switzerland
Team - you will join the Applications Engineering & Services team
Level - Professional
Location - Chiasso, Switzerland
Contract - Permanent - full-time (EUR 36 h/week)
What your impact will be
- Analyze and Design business processes and create functional specifications based upon information elicited from business users in order to recommend and deliver solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our ERP system Microsoft Dynamics Business Central;
- Participate in system related business development projects;
- Provide training and support for the Business Central users within the Microsoft Business Central application;
- Create Business Central Functional specifications for configuration, integration with third party applications and Business Central customizations;
- Produce documentation, training materials and demonstrations to the Business Central users
- Collaborate with Business and other company departments;
- Contribute to knowledge base and knowledge transfer for Business Central upgrades;
- Provide on-going support to users, managing Operations tickets to apply setup, configurations, create and revoke user accounts, fix runtime errors.
- Support the implementation lifecycle following the principles of source control and CI/CD
Qualifications
Your expertise:
- 3+ years with MS Business Central or Dynamics NAV 2018 experience
- Advanced knowledge of MS Business Central modules and functionality including: - Financial Management - G/L, Dimensions and Company configuration - Purchase/Sales Modules
- Experience in AL Coding strongly recommended
- Experience in Git methodology
- Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Desirable
- Experience in system integration and API/webservices functionality
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
- Knowledge of Saas Business Central architecture
