Head IT CI Underwriting & Pricing 80-100%

We are searching for a Head of UW and Pricing IT to lead the dynamic evolution of our Global CI Underwriting and Pricing tools.

What you will do

• Further detail our IT tool strategy and steer our portfolio of applications towards simplification and end-to-end user support
• Establish a state-of-the-art solution architecture maximizing scalability and flexibility of our UW and Pricing tools
• Deliver well-crafted, new IT functionality effectively
• Improve development and deployment processes to accelerate release cycles and empower federated development of applications
• Lead an IT team in charge of multiple UW and Pricing systems with empathy and clarity through a period of change
• Enhance technical capabilities within the team to support the future tech stack

What you bring

• 10+ years of leadership experience in IT
• Strong business acumen, insurance knowledge a plus
• Experience in leading international teams across multiple locations
• Proven record of successfully building custom-developed tools at scale
• Profound knowledge of modern solution architecture and software design
