Who we are
Within the Group HR function, a 3-year program has just been launched with the objective to upgrade our HR systems across entities, especially targeting the areas of talent attraction and mobility, learning, performance, executive management and HR data. This business transformation program will be led from Group HR but conducted in a co design manner with the 45 AXA entities. This HRIS Program is known as People@AXA. Recently the HR Leadership Team has agreed to start a Proof of Concept to experience a solution for Skills/talent management in order to evaluate and define the requirements for AXA.
Within our team, you will be the Lead for the Proof of Concept project responsible for the overall running of the PoCo with 4 entities, the evaluation of the outcomes and definition of the next steps.
Your Profile
- Manage with the selected vendor and the 4 PoCo entities the project ensuring coordination of the various implementation activities.
- Work with the entities to get suitable feedback around KPIs to evaluate the usage and usefulness of the solution during the 6 month project period.
- Work with the other streams in People@AXA program to articulate the interoperability between solutions, both technical and process.
- Evaluate the user journey involving this solution, ensuring consistency of skills assessment and exploitation of assessments in other HR solutions.
- Evaluate the effort and costs of a further implementation as well as business benefits.
- Keep various stakeholders updated and involved during the PoC.
Qualifications
About AXA
- At least 15 years of professional experience in HR roles.
- An experience of deployment a skills/talent Management solution is a plus.
- Strong communication and influencing skills with a proven ability to engage and inspire stakeholders at all the levels of the organization.
- Team player who can break the silos with tact and diplomacy.
- Ability to work in a complex and matrix international environment: a decentralized organization with many stakeholders and multiple contributors.
- Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary team, strongly business oriented.
- Fluency in English.
