The Client Solutions and Product Management team acts a key linkage between the private markets investment management teams and relationship managers in driving LGT CP's fundraises and customized client solutions. The role's responsibilities include defining go-to-market strategies, preparing fundraising materials, as well as working closely with existing and prospective clients on their individual due diligence on funds and customized solutions.

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team, predominantly focusing on private equity funds. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of private equity investment solutions, driving strategic initiatives, and enhancing our offerings to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Your responsibilities as a Program Manager in the Private Markets Product Management team include:

  • Act as specialist for private markets sub-strategies and coordinate capital raising efforts;

  • Develop fundraising materials across various private markets offerings; especially presentations and due diligence questionnaires;

  • Contribute to content creation supporting the capital raising efforts including market research and in-depth portfolio analysis;

  • Create customized client presentations and analysis and respond to ad-hoc requests from clients, prospect clients and relationship managers;

  • Work closely together with the investment management, investment controlling, legal and compliance teams to ensure consistent communication and data output;

  • Provide high-quality client services support to a global team of relationship managers.

Requirements

  • Master degree in business, economics, or similar subject;

  • 3 - 6 years of experience in private markets, consulting, strategy, investment banking, or product management roles;

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;

  • Excellent English writing and communication skills, including personal or professional experience in an English-speaking environment; familiarity with another language is preferred;

  • Self-starter personality, highly motivated with an international mindset;

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
