MISSION
As the IT Infrastructure Group Leader, you will lead the IT Infrastructure operations, oversee cloud and data center services, and manage the service desk team. You will ensure maximum availability of IT services and provide excellent support to end-users while fostering collaboration across all departments.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise the Service Desk team, define priorities, and ensure high-quality end-user support.

Ensure IT operations follow company processes to meet SLA and organizational goals.

Administer, maintain, and support Level 2 & 3 IT infrastructure systems (Cloud, virtual servers, backups, telecom, mobility).

Continuously improve end-user experience, system availability, and performance in line with company SLA and KPIs.

Create and maintain IT documentation, including inventories, diagrams, and procedures.

Analyze, design, and implement new technical solutions.

Manage external service providers, ensuring they meet EMS's expectations.

Stay informed about emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions.

Gather requirements and successfully manage IT infrastructure projects (software and hardware).

Define and maintain the IT infrastructure project roadmap.

Provide ad hoc support to remote affiliates for IT infrastructure installation and maintenance.

Perform additional tasks as assigned, based on skills and company needs.
EDUCATION & PERSONAL SKILLS
-
Bachelor's / Master's degree in IT or a related field.

5 to 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, including team management.

Proficiency in French and English. German is a plus.

Advanced knowledge of networking, cloud infrastructure, and hardware administration.

Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems (MD365).

Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Ability to analyze, design, and implement technical solutions.
