Your Impact
- Lead the People Solutions – Training Operation Team team.
- Manage and supervise an international team of 3 individuals, delegate tasks, monitor work progress, and evaluate performance.
- Operate in a national and international network and represent the interests of PwC Switzerland within the PwC Europe on the one hand and the interests and requirements of PwC CH in the global calls on the other hand. Furthermore, you are in regular contact with the IT and data protection colleagues in order to ensure a smooth process in the use of the system.
- Be in close coordination with the global L&D team and can assess which adjustments the global decisions and the regular system updates for PwC Switzerland entail. You take over the coordination for the implementation of the adjustments in coordination/cooperation with the respective responsible colleagues.
- Independently identify and manage/lead projects that arise in the context of process changes, releases or customer feedback and coordinate the start and the tasks independently in consultation with the department management.
- Be in contact with different stakeholders and advise them on how to create a training events. You will share the possibilities that can be built in the Learning Management System including all the functions (emails, set up, etc.). After caring for this the training will be rolled out in your responsibility.
- Be the main contact for reporting inquiries and frequent questions regarding the system and the use of it as well as for our delivered services.
- Process optimization – as a result of a training needs analysis your task is to streamline already existing processes to answer better the needs of each Line of Service. Furthermore, you will establish a new SLA making sure to manage the stakeholders accordingly. You also seek opportunities to improve team performance and efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to help them develop their skills and achieve their professional goals.
- Manage changes within the team, helping members adapt to new processes, systems, or initiatives.
Your Skill Set
- Experience in setting up and managing learning management systems (LMS) or other HR systems. Ideally, you know the architecture and functionality of Cornerstone, comparable LMS or HR systems.
- Passion for learning and development, you enjoy and thrive finding solutions to complex problems.
- Fast-paced, autonomous, energetic and self-motivated individual.
- Experienced and confident in handling conflicting priorities in times of high workload.
- Strategic thinker and innovative implementor who can transform work in an efficient way.
- Good communication skills and able to build strong relationships.
- Solid understanding of digital technologies and proficient in various tools and technologies relevant to the role.
- Able to recognize and understand the purpose and functionality of various digital tools and software commonly used in the field of learning and development. This includes Learning Management Systems (LMS), content authoring tools, project management software, data analytics tools, and other relevant technologies.
- Proactive in identifying opportunities to improve processes and workflows by leveraging digital tools. This includes exploring new tools, features, or integrations that can enhance productivity, streamline operations, or improve the overall user experience.
- Bachelor's or Graduate degree from a university or business school.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in human resources.
- Fluent in English (mandatory) and German (preferred).
