University degree in engineering or a related field. Proven capability in managing strategic supply topics. Demonstrated proficiency in strategy creation and execution with diverse stakeholders, even with limited information. Experience in leading cost-optimization, cross-functional projects, and fluency in English; German proficiency is a bonus.
