Head of Aftersales & Service
Your area of responsibility
- Optimized planning and coordination of recourses
- Responsible for the organization, coordination and optimal deploy of employees.
- Coaching and Managing employees and apprentice and secure the education and development of the whole team
- Responsible for carrier management, performance management and salary reviews
- Implement a closed loop system with service and customer information, influencing the Innovations and improvements of tomorrow
- Ensure the quality level of the customer needs, audit this status on a regular frequency and set the Service up for all internal customer purpose (Acceptance Tests Interna/Externals);
- Push and execute Continuous Improvement in the department
- Budget responsibility for the Aftersales & Service department (creation and execution)
- Establish a structure for Aftersales, align with the Solutions Aftersales Strategy and be partner for the other entities
- Support, create and sell Aftersales Products (Upgrades, Software packages, Licenses, …)
- Strong cooperation with the HV Sales regarding Spare part packages, cross selling opportunities and other Sales packages
- Establish, execute and maintain the Process landscape of the department with an “End-to-End” approach and support the certification process
- Define, implement and control the KPIs and the agreed KPI goals for A&S;
Your profile
Education
Master's/Diploma of a technical subject such as Mechanic, Mechatronic, Electric or similar education.Work experience
At least 8 years of Technical experience in industry and special machine business in Engineering, Development, Operations or Service is mandatory.Expertise and methodology
- Profound understanding of business management
- German and/or English business fluent, any other language an advantage
- IT skills in the areas of ERP, office tools, CRM (Salesforce) Analytic Software
- High affinity in process design
- Strong structured working methodology
Other requirements
- About 5-20% Travel activities
- Cultural fit and at the same time an influential and constructively challenging effect for the necessary further development of the Komax culture (in the context of vision, strategy, structure, and local conditions).
