To strengthen our IT-Team in Schaan (Liechtenstein), we are looking for a

WHAT ARE YOUR TASK IN THIS ROLE?

• Define the IT strategy development in the mid and long term that aligns with the company’s overall business goals and objectives taking advantage of newly available technologies in the market.
• Collaborate with Management and all stakeholders to ensure alignment of IT initiatives with a clear communication and reporting method.
• Lead and manage the current IT professionals in the Operations and Applications teams. Must provide guidance and develop opportunities to ensure high efficiency and employee satisfaction.
• Manage all the IT projects defining, tracking, and delivering individual projects implemented to improve productivity, security and other defined objectives in a timely manner and within the approved budget.
• Identify and minimize weaknesses and IT risks in terms of reliability, availability, and security. Establish risk management processes, classify data according to criticality and define ownership and accessibility.
• Analyze the IT infrastructure at all locations and globally, harmonization, new introductions, first level support and properly compromising security versus usability, being responsible for the high satisfaction of all users.
• Optimization of the company’s ERP system, supporting and improving existing processes internally and externally with all the stakeholders.
• Create, manage, and report yearly IT budgets, prioritizing investments and optimizing results.

WHAT DO YOU NEED FOR THIS ROLE?

• Degree in business informatics, computer science or similar
• Several years of experience in the management of an IT unit
• Extensive programme and project management experience
• In-depth knowledge of ICT infrastructure, applications, data management and experience in dealing with complex environments
• Experience in implementation and maintenance of a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure and knowledge in terms of AI is desired.
• Business fluent in German and English
• FL/CH/EWR/EU nationality or residency permit within EU/CH.
