Job Overview:
The Digital Growth Manager will craft and execute holistic, cross-channel marketing strategies to fuel growth across multiple markets. In this role, you’ll blend strategic vision with hands-on execution, empowering local teams to achieve measurable results. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor and a partner to local teams, to develop and implement comprehensive, cross-channel digital strategies to drive growth, based on specific local market needs and revenue goals. Provide frameworks to prioritize channels based on data, audience insights, and business objectives.
- Analytical Insights: Continuously analyze campaign performance to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities. Apply critical thinking to question the "why" behind the numbers and provide actionable insights.
- Budget Optimization: Advise on effective allocation of marketing budgets to maximize cost-efficiency, ensuring high-quality lead generation and conversion rates.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships across departments (sales, product, brand, content, creative, etc. and local market teams), acting as a bridge to ensure a cohesive approach to revenue growth and ensuring alignment across marketing objectives, messaging, and execution
- Technology: Utilize marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics tools to measure performance, streamline workflows, and ensure integration between local and central marketing activities.
- Continuous Learning and Growth: Stay ahead of emerging trends, marketing strategies, and platform updates, and share best practices with teams. Cultivate a mindset of curiosity and innovation, driving a culture of experimentation and learning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role with a proven track record of driving lead generation and revenue growth.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think holistically about cross-channel marketing, prioritizing efforts based on data, audience behavior, and business goals.
- Analytical Mindset and Technical Proficiency: highly proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, BI dashboards, marketing automation platforms, CRM and AI tools with a keen ability to spot trends, question data, and turn insights into action.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders. Ability to present complex ideas in a clear, persuasive manner to influence decision-making.
- Service-Mindedness: A collaborative and solutions-oriented approach, with a strong commitment to supporting local teams and fostering their growth and success.
- Hunger for Learning: Passion for staying at the forefront of marketing trends and tools. Demonstrated curiosity and eagerness to experiment with new approaches.
- Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple campaigns and projects with competing deadlines while maintaining a focus on quality and results.
